Aspiring Transformations Family Services


Aspiring Transformations Family Services (ATFS), LLC is a community-based mental health care provider seeking to expand Home-Based Family Centered Therapy and Home-Based Family Centered Casework services in the state of Indiana. Our agency staff has direct experience providing quality therapeutic, casework, and visitation services for both children and families involved with the Department of Child Services, Choices Inc., and Juvenile Probation within Marion County.

Service Demographics & Target Population


We have extensive experience in working with adults, adolescents, and children of vulnerable populations with diverse backgrounds and complex presenting problems. This experience has proven valuable to building and strenghthening therapeutic alliances, helping to keep families engaged, and improving overall mental health. Our aim is of diverse populations with a variety of complex mental health and family needs.

These populations include children at risk of out of home placement and juvenile offenders who are characterized by multiple needs and problems, and/or have had multiple arrests. Our staff encompasses experienced clinicians in Trauma Focused - CBT, family of origin and intergenerational issues, child and adult development, child abuse, neglect, and working with issues related to sexual maladaptive behaviors.

Practice Model/Service Collaborations


Community-based therapy, casework, visitation services provided by Aspiring Transformations will work collaboratively under one organization to assist families in achieving overall goals and a level of functioning. We utilize such evidenced-based practices including but not limited to Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behaviorable Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and effectively tailor approaches with other treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST).

Service Collaboration: Effective engagement, including cultural sensitivity is essential in providing services in the family's living environment. Under this model, therapists and caseworkers at Aspiring Transformations will work closely in collaboration to meet treatment goals, diffuse any crisis and ensure linkage to community services and resources designed to prevent out-of-home placement.

Regions


We service Region 10 and in Region 10 (Marion County) we provide: Home-based therapy and Home-based casework/supervised visitation services.

We service Region 5 (Benton, Warren, White, Carroll, Clinton, Tippecanoe, and Fountain counties), Region 9 (Montgomery, Boone, Putnam, Hendricks, and Morgan counties), Region 13 (Owen, Greene, Monroe, Brown, and Lawrence counties) we provide: Homemaker/Parent Aid and Visitation Facilitation.

We service Region 14 (Johnson, Shelby, Bartholomew, Jackson and Jennings counties) we provide: Homemaker/Parent Aid.
